Nine sessions, approximately 45 minutes long, of individual coaching, with me, a Certified Professional Coach, to help you push through procrastination, focusing on meaningful rewards and having fun. We identify how procrastination is preventing you from living your best life, and the main result you would like to see as a result of taking targeted action. We develop an overall procrastination-busting strategy, and plan to guide the coaching sessions.

Recharge Reiki

Ease stress and tension to recharge your body, soul, and mind, through a reiki session with me, a Reiki Master Teacher. The reiki energy healing session is held via an approximate 45-minute phone call. PLEASE NOTE: You may fall asleep during the reiki session. Please keep this in mind when you choose a location, and a position, lying down or sitting, for the session. You will receive the benefits of reiki whether you are asleep or awake.
